Daniel Zhu is president of Transpacific Resources, Inc. based in Shanghai. The company is a leading investment firm in China focusing on renewable energy, cleantech, and environmental projects. Mr. Zhu has over ten years of experience in environmental and clean energy technology, investment and finance，and operation, especially deal structuring and financial modeling. Mr. Zhu has been advising numerous Chinese and Foreign cleantech enterprises in strategic planning, deal structuring, due diligence, and fund raising in China.

Mr. Zhu has delivered numerous speeches in a number of conferences on renewable energy finance, clean-tech, green building in New York, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai. 米金泳先生 Mr. James Mi
Joined Conduit Ventures in 2007 and is experienced in direct investment and fund rising, good understanding on China economy and regulations related to foreign direct investment and venture capital/private equity. During his previous work in Shanghai Science and Technology Investment Corporation (SSTIC), James had been managing several funds such as Technovation Shanghai, Yichuang Investment, and Zhongxing investment, leveraging his experiences in direct investment field in Guangzhou New Technological General Cooperation. He also worked as Manager of Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Office of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development District (GETDD). Back to his engineering background, James severed as a senior consulting engineer for Science and Technology Bureau and Automotive Industrial Office in GETDD. After obtaining a PHD degree from Jilin University of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, James took part in a management training program in University of Southern California, an exchange program with Australian Graduate School of Management and had his MBA from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. James also published a number of papers regarding investment and finance. He is a Native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English and Cantonese.

Mr. Edward Leung
Mr. Leung joined iD TechVentures (formerly Acer Technology Ventures) early in 2000 in Singapore, where he was involved in investments in software and business process outsourcing, covering Singapore and India. In 2003, he was relocated to Taiwan and became involved in investments in semiconductors for communications, storage and imaging. He was promoted as Partner in 2005 owing to good performance and successful exits. He will be based in the Shanghai office focusing on digital lifestyle industry of value added services related sector from 2006 onward according to the company’s long term development in Greater China.
Before joining Acer technology Ventures, during 1997 to 2000, Mr. Leung was a senior investment manager at Grand Pacific Capital Management in Singapore, managing the Hong Kong portfolio for its Greater China Fund. Prior to that, he worked in BT Brokerage & Associates in Singapore and Quest Stockbrokers in Hong Kong as a security analyst covering electronics and communications sectors. Mr. Leung has 10 years of cross-country experience in equity and investment analysis as well as portfolio management focusing on communications, IT and semiconductors.
Mr. Leung holds a B. Eng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a MBA degree from the University of Iowa. He is a CFA charter holder.
Mr. Antti Perttu
Mr Perttu has vast experience in international business management spanning over three decades.
He has worked large part of his career in senior management positions in internationally oriented companies, both in his native Finlandas well as abroad, including USA, UK and China. Throughout his long and merited career he has amongts other things worked as the General manger of the Union Bank of Finland in London and the Managing Director of Sampo International Ltd, a subsidiary of one of the largest financial groups in Finland.
In 2003 he established his own family company Lakeview International Ltd., which has provided project management and consultancy services for Nordic companies and institutions wishing to function in the Chinese market.
Mr Perttu is an innovator and recently impelemented a new business concept FinChi-The Finlad China Innovation Centre in Shanghai. Thereafter, he lead succesfully over two years a governmentally supported FECC-project, Finnish Environmental Cluster for China.
Mr Perttu's main interests and areas of expertise are business management and networking in intercultural market environment, financing and risk management, international marketing and business promotion.
